The guy at the reception Fettah has received me in a very friendly and professional way. He has given me an upgrade and the suite was really fantastic. I recommend strongly this hotel.

The hotel is nice, clean, and ideally located near the business center. We received a warm welcome from the staff, especially Murad at the reception—he was very friendly, professional, and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture.

I like the restaurant staff the recipient services it was stunning 😍

The man was in the reception named by Youssef is amazing one , he's helpful and good person In general everything was perfect

The breakfast is supposed to be included in the price as sited on the booking website but unfortunately it was not the case and i was really disappointed about this false advertising
